What We Do
A home is not a product. It is the place where a family’s actual life happens.
Most builders understand this in theory. Very few build like they believe it.
Livinfuture Homes was founded on a single conviction: that the disconnection between how homes are built and how families actually live inside them is not inevitable — it is a choice the industry makes, and it is a choice we refuse to make.
We build new homes in Strathmore, Alberta and Invermere, British Columbia. We offer three home series — the Vector, the Nexis, and the Optima — designed for three distinct stages of a family’s life. We build pre-construction homes that let buyers shape their space before a wall goes up. We build quick possession homes for families whose timelines don’t allow them to wait. We build duplexes for investors who want to own in communities they believe in.
What we do not do is build more homes in a year than we can personally stand behind. We do not cut corners on materials or systems to hit a price point. We do not treat the families who buy from us as transactions that end at possession day.
Every Livinfuture home is registered with the Alberta New Home Warranty Programme. Every buyer has direct access to the people who built their home — before, during, and after they move in. Every specification in every model was chosen because it was the right choice, not the cheapest one.
Today we build homes. Our long-term intention is to build something more permanent than that: communities where every decision — from the street layout to the park to the pathway to the school’s proximity — was made with the people who will live there in mind. Not the lowest cost option. The right one.
That is what Livinfuture does. And that is why we exist.

Every Livinfuture home starts with the person who will live in it. The walk-through pantry connects the garage to the kitchen because families carry groceries in from the garage — not because it was the easiest layout to draw. The side entry on every Vector model is there because a buyer might want a legal suite in five years. The 9-foot ceilings are there because you should not have to pay extra for a home that does not feel compressed. Built around you means the builder thought about your life before you had to ask.

There is always a cheaper material, a faster method, a simpler option. We do not take it.
When there are two paths — the easier one and the right one — Livinfuture takes the right one. This is the one commitment that will never be renegotiated as the company grows. A home built by cutting corners stays with the family long after the builder has moved on. We are not willing to be that builder.
